of the Year 2006

expo was awarded Exhibition of the Year in their category last week at the
EXSA, Exhibition Association of

truly overwhelmed at the recognition and acknowledgement we have received from
the Exhibition Industry. By winning the Exhibition of the Year award in our
category, we have clearly shown that Baba Indaba is able to deliver on each of
its promises. The quality of our exhibitors and visitors exceeds expectations
every time. Whilst we are reeling in our success, let us not forget the immense
support from our main sponsors - SABC Education and Babies-R-Us have been
unanimous with their input and support and we are therefore equally proud to
share this award with them," says Natalie Naude, Show Director of Baba
Indaba.
Justin Hawes, Managing Director of Scan, said on the night of the awards
ceremony that is was phenomenal that such a 'young' and new company had been
awarded this prestigious award.
It was a year of stiff competition in the exhibition industry and this award
puts Baba Indaba in the forefront for their three National shows in 2007. Baba
Indaba announced earlier this year the launch of their first Durban SABC
Education Baba Indaba proving that Three City Events is growing from strength
to strength with their now National exhibitions.
